Reworks & Rescores
Here you'll find scenes I've rescored, remixed, or reimagined — projects where I wasn't officially credited but used as creative exercises or portfolio pieces. These works showcase my instincts as a composer and sound designer when approaching existing visuals from a fresh perspective.
Wheel of Time - Rescore and Re-mix
As part of a university assessment, I fully reimagined the audio for a scene from The Wheel of Time, delivering a complete 5.1 surround sound mix. Every element of the soundscape was created from scratch — including ADR dialogue, foley, sound design, and an original score all recorded, edited, and mixed by me.
This project was a deep dive into both the technical and creative sides of cinematic audio, allowing me to combine storytelling instincts with industry-standard post-production techniques.
Black Hole - Dual Genre Rescore
HORROR
MAGICAL
For my A-Level EPQ project (awarded A*), I explored how music can transform the emotional impact of a film by rescoring the short film Black Hole in two contrasting genres: horror and magical fantasy. The aim was to examine how music alone can shift the context, mood, and tone of a visual narrative.
Both scores were composed and produced in Logic Pro X, using distinct instrumentation and compositional techniques to evoke entirely different viewer experiences. This project highlights my ability to adapt musical language to suit different genres and storytelling goals.
